It never gets old hearing how couples meet, each story is unique and filled with magic and the perfect circumstances. Heather and Brett’s, is one such story! Brett and his family are from Canada, these two were not headed on similar paths to meet, but Heather wanted to go away for college – and chose Canada! Fate took its course and if you’ve met either of them, you really couldn’t have picked anyone more suited to each other for more reasons than you can count.

I drove out to Heather’s parents home which sits on the most beautiful piece of land, on a hill overlooking New York’s lush countryside. Serenity and peace surround you from the moment you step out. I cannot emphasize how sweet and caring this family is, and the legacy of love and marriage they have passed on to Heather and Brett is truly remarkable. Heather was stunning, poised and timeless – as we all knew she would be. She was so calm but the joy definitely boiled over when mom put the veil on! What an incredible moment and I’m so happy I was there to capture it!

Everyone from both of these families and the team that put this event together was incredible. It was an honor working alongside this talented group and capturing Heather + Brett’s first day of a lifelong adventure!
