I met Katherine & Connor for their Canandaigua engagement session on one of the most beautiful fall days along the shoreline of Kershaw Park.
It couldn’t have been a more perfect setting for this sweet, fun-loving, gorgeous couple. I cannot tell you how excited I was to meet them after the most amazing phone chat a couple of weeks before. From that first hello on the phone, their positive energy and genuine warmth were so evident and unforgettable. It quite literally felt like I was talking to someone I’d known for years and we were old friends catching up.
These two have a gift for making you feel welcome and seen and anyone in their circle is very lucky to have them.
After the warmest welcome, I could tell this was going to be an amazing afternoon. These two showed up emotionally to love on each other and really embraced being in the moment. It was so much fun to see and photograph their sweet chemistry while we walked around and soaked in the lake views. I loved the way they chose outfits to not only express themselves but tie in the style of their wedding day vision happening next year at the lovely Park Country Club.
Katherine & Connor you both are amazing humans and together I can’t imagine the things you’ll do and inspire in one another. You both are so incredibly fun, kind and so darn cool. Photographing you two and your Canandaigua engagement session was so much fun. I loved getting to know you both and discovering we all have a love for the Finger Lakes! I hope you had the most amazing weekend with friends and made it back in time to watch some of the game!
